10 Yummy Non-Alcoholic Fall Drinks (…or Make ’em Alcoholic)
As the weather gets colder and the leaves change colors, we all need fall drinks in our hand.

During the Fall and Thanksgiving seasons, we devour apple cider and pumpkin spice lattes like nobody’s business!
While I am not quite ready to kick my PSL habit, we are always looking to add a few of these yummy fall drink recipes to my lineup. So, whether you want to warm up, cool down, or just get in the Fall spirit, try these delicious, non-alcoholic Fall drinks. Hot Pumpkin Nog
1 1/2 cups Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
1 large egg + 1 yolk
3 tbs sugar
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned is fine)

Hot Salted Caramel Apple Cider Recipe
¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
4 cups apple cider
½ teaspoon of coarse salt
Cool Whip or any whipped topping, thawed (optional) as garnish
Caramel Syrup (optional) as garnish
Cinnamon Stick (optional) as garnish

Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider Sangria
1 granny smith apple
1 honey crisp apple
1 orange
1 pear
1 pomegranate
750 ml nonalcoholic apple cider
500 ml sparkling water [I used lemon lime canada dry sparkling seltzer water]
1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Thanksgiving Punch Recipe
2 Gallons Apple Cider, not spiced
1 12.2 oz. bottle caramel syrup
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cinnamon Sticks (optional)
Sliced Apples (optional)

Non-Alcoholic Apple Pie Punch
4 Cups Apple Cider
1 Cup Pear Nectar Can substitute with White Grape Juice if you cannot find any.
3 Cups Ginger Ale
1 Apple Cortland, Spartan, Empire, and Gala work well!, diced

Festive Sparkling Cider
4 Cups Fresh Apple Cider
3 Cups Cranberry Soda *(1)
2 Cups Sparkling Cider
1 Cups White Grape Juice
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon All Spice
Diced Apples *(2)
3 Cinnamon Sticks – Optional

French Vanilla Ice Cream

Apple Harvest Punch Recipe
1/2 C butter (super soft or melted)
3/4 packed brown sugar
1/3 C Mott’s Apple Sauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt (1/8 teaspoon works)
1 1/4 C flour
1/3 C M&Ms

Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
2 cups 2% milk
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (plus some extra to sprinkle on top, if desired)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Whipped cream or marshmallows, if desired

Pumpkin Apple Smoothie
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats
¼ cup canned pumpkin
¾ cup Greek yogurt
1 medium apple, cut into pieces (I used honey crisp and left the skin on)
½ banana, sliced and frozen
½ cup milk (almond, soy, cow’s, etc. – whatever you prefer)
⅛ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes
