170 Free Workouts Wheverever You Are: Videos from YMCA

We can all agree we miss being active and outside (& the gym)…

Our friends at YMCA of Greater Kansas City are providing FREE access to online exercise and activity videos for people to do at home. Many of these workouts can be done with little to no equipment. 

They’ve collected many resources from Y’s all across the country and are in the process of recording some their own to share as well.

If you’re looking to be active, YMCA is making it easy for you and your family to get your fitness on!
There are nearly 170 videos to choose from. All are FREE. 
They’ve got options for literally every age and ability, so your entire family can enjoy the different activities and workouts. 

Workouts Include:

YMCA 360:  These are particularly awesome and include tons of variety.  You can choose Youth Sports Performance, Yoga, Bootcamp, Barre, Weightlifting, and so many more.  There are over 60 videos available in this category alone.

Les Mills On Demand: This one has 100+ workouts to choose from such as dance fitness, children’s workouts for ages 4-16, post-partum series,  high-intensity interval training, BODYCOMBAT Invincible program, and a mindfulness practices to ease stress.

MOSSA Move: In here you will find 8 video options, designed  so you can choose the intensity that is right for you. Combine strength and cardio programs in order to maximize your results! All you need to do is go to the “Free Workouts” section to get started.

YMCA at Home: Includes videos to play and be well, choose from fitness classes, healthy and fun activities that the entire family can do,  plus wellness resources to keep your mind strong and healthy.

Matrix Master Trainer: These are short videos that provide a simple plan that’s easy to follow with instructions for a full workout at home. Start with stretching and move on to high-intensity interval training for your abs, and more.

12 Day Fitness Challenge: This video series bu YMCA of Greater Kansas City  allows you to start with one exercise on the first day, and then add another exercise the next day,  so you can gradually build up to a workout of 12 exercises on the last day of your series.
