Josh Gad Reading Frozen

If your kiddos love Frozen, you’ll want to check out the voice of Olaf, Josh Gad, reading children’s books!

This virtual story time is happening on Twitter, with new videos popping up often for all ages to enjoy. Each video is at least 10 minutes, so you can enjoy a little down time from the teaching life…

“Since we’re all stuck at home right now, I figured we would have a little fun together,” Gad said. “So, I’m going to see how this goes, but I decided I’m going to read to you and your children – or just you, depending on what you prefer. I’m not going to pass judgment right now, since the world is a little bit of a hot mess.”

Storytime Online YouTube channel

The Storytime Online channel is great if you want to see the books.

Instead of videoing the reader, this set of story times shows the book and turns pages as it is read so you can follow along reading and see the pictures. You can find some examples of videos below, like If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, a classic for kiddos…

This book was later turned into the famous “Boss Baby” movie we all love. Read along as they read this children’s story – you can also see the pictures!

If your kids are in to princesses, this is a fun book by Joy Allen. We really like the narrator’s voice in this one.

Instagram Live Story Time with Mac Barnett

This famous author is reading online via Instagram Live each day at 2 PM Central time – every day! Each day will be a new book, so you can be sure your children are engaged with the story!
