Get FREE access for an entire to National Parks, as well as federal lands and waters with this great deal! It allows you to explore our beautiful country…for free with your family.
With Every Kids Outdoors, 4th graders and their families get free admission to our country’s natural wonders.
5th graders are also eligible to get the free pass now from October 28, 2020 through August 31, 2021!
This organization was created to specifically provide access to our country’s wildlife and history for 4th graders and their families without having to pay for admission!
What Can You Do?
This pass allows you to trek through the desert, bike in national parks, check out the ocean’s marine life and so much more.
Sites include the St. Louis Arch, Fredrick Douglass House and Florida Keys Parks!
You can also bring your family and friends for free!
Participating Organizations:
There are multiple participating organizations that let you access their parks, trails, lakes and other lands. Check them out below:
- US Bureau of Land Management (245 million acres of land to explore)
- US Bureau of Reclamation (6.5 million acres of land & water)
- National Park Service (islands, parks & mountains)
- US Forest Service (193 million acres of forests & grasslands)
- US Fish & Wildlife Service (150 million acres of land & water, 418 million acres of marine monuments)
- US Army Corps of Engineers (swim, boat, fish, hike & ride horses at their locations!)
Why 4th Graders & Their Families?
According to research 9 to 11 year olds begin to learn about the world around them at this age. This includes exploring nature like our parks and wildlife!
So, Every Kid Outdoors decided to choose 4th graders who are exactly this age…
As children grow up, every child gets a chance to utilize these passes. Be sure to claim yours every time one of your children reaches the 4th grade.
How it Works:
Kids will start your exploration by filling out a diary entry about your desired adventures. They will also have to check that they are 4th graders (just check a box).
Next, kids will read a story about parks and trails.
Last, they will print their paper pass that is good for the next year!

You can grab passes for your students!
Download the activities and print passes for each student in your class so you can let parents know about this awesome pass. You can also take advantage of this feature if you’re a community organizer or work with an organization who has 4th graders!

Now, 5th graders and they’re families can now come explore the parks for FREE too!
Because many 4th graders were missing out on their free year of parks, they have decided to extend the promotion to 5th graders.
** This is for the remainder of the CURRENT school year. It doesn’t include a full year like the traditional deal. Valid October 28, 2020 through August 31, 2021
