Shirts for Shelter Pets SPCA

Great Plains SPCA is holding a t-shirt design contest! The winning design will be applied to t-shirts that will be sold as a spring fundraiser to support the lifesaving work of Great Plains SPCA. Designs must be aligned with the Great Plains SPCA mission and include the Great Plains SPCA logo.
